Return Conditions

  • the item must be unused
  • the request must match the order details
  • the item must be returned in the condition agreed during support review

Non-Return Situations

  • incorrect address submitted by customer
  • delays caused by customs or carrier handling
  • issues not reported within a reasonable review window after delivery
